By booking services with Set Apart Socials, you agree to the following:

No Refunds

All payments are final and non-refundable.

Content Rights

You receive a license to use created content, but SAS retains ownership and can showcase it in our portfolio.

Social Media Access

You must provide timely platform access for us to perform services.

Termination

Either party may cancel with 30 days’ written notice. All balances must be paid before termination.

Late Payments

A 10% late fee applies after 5 days. Unpaid invoices may lead to paused work or legal action.

Confidentiality

We protect all private and brand-sensitive information.

Non-Solicitation

You may not hire or contract SAS team members separately for one year post-service.

Legal

Failure to pay may result in legal action, with you responsible for fees. Disputes will be resolved under Florida law.
